Mike Paul started in concrete in 1985.
We pour foundation walls, frost walls and floors for homes and light commercial buildings. We also do basement inspections.

Buying a home and want the foundation looked at first? Seeing cracks or water in the basement you already live in? We'll come out and tell you what we see.
An inspection is $250. Hire us for the work and you get the $250 back.
How it works
Estimate
We look at the lot and your plans. Then we give you a price. Estimates are free.
Footings
We set the footings below the frost line.
Forms
We set and brace the wall forms to your plans.
Pour
We pour the walls and set the anchor bolts.
Strip
We take the forms off. Then it's ready to backfill.
Floor
We pour the basement floor when your builder is ready.
Commercial
We do light commercial concrete work in southern Maine.
We work with general contractors and stick to the schedule. Insurance certificates are available when you need them.
